I enjoy reading stories where the alien is the hero and the heroine is human! I like when a hot male character has some abilities, and also the female character is strong and independent!

Hero. I like when the hero is the one who's more mysterious and an unknown quality.

I'm new to the scifi genre, I haven't actually read a novel where the man is the alien. However, I read Cinder where the girl was the alien and absolutely loved it because her POV was so different and unique. thanks for the giveaway

I enjoy either one but if I have to pick I'll say where the alien is the Hero. I can relate more the heroine is she's human.

Hmmm, I've written both, but I think when I'm reading I like it when the male is alien. Weird, never thought about it before!

I enjoy both, but I like books where the alien is the hero just a little more, not sure why though. I never thought about it before, maybe because I can love to picture me in place of the heroine and of course I am not an alien, at least I don't think so. I just love a good book. I usually like the alien as the hero because I want to identify with the heroine. An author has to work harder at making an alien heroine someone to identify with.
