Audio Books

Is there still a market for audio books?  I mean, with Amazon Kindle having that print-to-speech ability, are people still willing to plunk down their money for CDs of people reading aloud their books?

Is the trend leaning more toward podcasts now?  Is it better to sell audio versions as downloadable files, rather than on CDs?

Opinions?  Suggestions?

Curious minds want to know.
