Show time is 11 pm et/ 10 pm ct

The story’s
central theme revolves around the character of Caim, one of the original fallen
angels, and his search for his soul-mate – the perpetually reincarnated
Serafina. In this lifetime, he finds her as a downtrodden prostitute, being
beaten to death by her drug-addicted lover, Rocco. Despite warnings from his
friend – and fallen one – Buer, Caim steps in to
intervene.
But not all
fallen ones have good intentions. There is a faction of flesh-eaters, fallen
angels turned demons, as well as the original succubus, Lillith. Deftly woven in
are characters from Hollywood legend – Peg Entwistle, and a new Black
Dahlia.
This series is a love letter to L.A. Not the beaches, not the
sunlit streets of Beverly Hills, but the L.A. of Raymond Chandler, a urban
gritty environment in which people struggle for their lives –
and for their souls. They Live Among Us is more than a
supernatural-slice-of-life story about fallen angels and the humans they love.
It is about the violence of poverty. It is about the cycle of abuse and
addiction. It is about corporate greed, and those who look aside from the
unfortunate ones, and feed upon the toil of others. It is about life. It is
about love. It is about war. It is, ultimately, about
redemption.
The series
starts Geoff Reeves as Caim, Ivet Corvea as Serafina, Rolf Saxon as Fr. Buer,
Terence J. Rotolo as Rocco, Kendra S. Munger as Peg, David Stanford as Ted, Allen March as Lucien, Marcia French as
Beliala and Nina Rausch as Lillith.

James Wentworth has a
secret. He lives quietly in Salem, Massachusetts, making few ties with anyone.
One night his private world is turned upside down when he meets Sarah
Alexander, a dead ringer for his wife, Elizabeth. Though it has been years
since Elizabeth's death, James cannot move on.
Sarah also has a secret.
She is haunted by nightmares about the Salem Witch Trials, and every night she
is awakened by visions of hangings, being arrested, and dying in jail. Despite
the obstacles of their secrets, James and Sarah fall in love. As James comes to
terms with his feelings for Sarah, he must dodge accusations from a reporter
desperate to prove that James is not who, or what, he seems to be. Soon James
and Sarah piece their stories together and discover a mystery that may bind
them in ways they never imagined. Will James make the ultimate sacrifice to
protect Sarah and prevent a new hunt from bringing hysteria to Salem
again?
Part historical
fiction, part romance, part paranormal fantasy, Her Dear and Loving Husband
is a story for anyone who believes that true love never dies.

Do. This. NOW. (Preparing for the Future)
My husband and I were having lunch together, and I mentioned the fact that I took some of my royalties and put them in a Certificate of Deposit. Hubby knows I use a separate bank to keep my author self apart from our joint account. And his reply was, "If something happened to you, how would I know what all you have going on?"
It was an epiphany for me.
Since then, I've sat down and made a list to include the following:
* All my pseudonyms, my publishers, and the books I currently have with them.
* Which books I have self-published.
* Where my books are for sale, and the User Names and Passwords to get to them.
* How to access my website, my blog, Facebook page, RomanceWiki, Twitter account, and all the social media sites I could remember.
* And, most importantly, my checking and savings account at the other bank.
In addition, I noted:
* Books currently completed but not yet uploaded.
* Who to contact in the event something should happen to me (such as close author friends).
* !And don't forget to let him know the User Names and Passwords, especially to your computer!
Please. If you accomplish nothing else this summer, try to get this much in order. Yes, it will take a little time to get it all together, and it will need to be updated on occasion, but once it's done, run off a copy and put it where he'll know he can find it.
I understand that situations change. Lives change. A husband today may be an ex tomorrow, and people come and go. Regardless, find a way to inform your parents, a sibling, your children, someone. Save them the heartache and trouble by having everything already gathered and organized in the event something should happen to you.

Guest Author Dee Tenorio - Series Writing: Why Do I Do This To Myself?
Today I'm letting my friend Dee Tenorio take over my blog to tell you a little about herself, and about her newest release. Check it out!
If you would like to learn more about Dee and her work, please visit her website at www.deetenorio.com.
Dee’s next book, "Trust In Me"—Book 5 in her Rancho del Cielo Romance series— releases July 23rd from Samhain Publishing.
Back Cover Blurb: Sometimes falling in love is the easy part... A Rancho del Cielo Romance
Locke Jackman is single, childless…and he has a bad case of empty nest syndrome. For years, as he fought tooth and nail to keep his brothers and sisters together after his parents died, his entire life was focused on his responsibilities. Now his siblings have all moved on with their lives, and there’s no one around to distract him from his overpowering attraction to his sister’s best friend. Their mutual desire is stunning…but then again, so are the secrets keeping them apart. Susie Packard’s nightmarish marriage taught her what happens when she gives in to her weakness for powerful men. Too bad the big, stoic frowner across the street—the one who sets her bells jangling just by breathing—has her in his sights. Try as she might to keep her emotional distance, Locke is determinedly knocking down all her walls. But as much as she wants to be the woman he needs, she knows better than most— passion may have its rewards, but every secret has its price.
Warning: This book contains a hot, modern-day Viking seducing his way to the heart of his woman, a stubborn lingerie designer with a world of secrets and a very deep bathtub… Enjoy!
Some folks just can't do things the "Easy" way. I'm accused of this often, particularly by short people who would rather give up blood than clean their rooms. I'm the kind of mom who goes to check if a room is clean and by clean I mean, is the crap actually off the floor? Does it smell like anything died? Is their laundry in the hamper and not straining to crawl out of the room on its sleeves or knees? In other words, I'm a sadist.
What my kids don't know is that when it comes to my writing, I'm also a masochist. Yup, I do terrible things to myself. Like what, you ask? Well, here's the thing. I write series.
GASP!
I know. I ask all the time, whyyyyyyyyyyy do I do this to myself? I can't just write about a couple that falls in love and lives happily ever after. No, I have to write about the here's brother. And his sister. And his cousin. I have to write about his fricken' grandma, folks. Why?
Because I just can't help myself.
I like to create people, mess up their lives and then put them back together again, better than new. I like making people fricken' happy. And then I want to see them again. I want to peek in and see them being happy years later. I like to give them kids and see how they handle. But mostly, I'm just a nosy cow who wants to know everyone in my menagerie is doing okay.
And then I need to do it again for the current couple. And then the next couple. And then the couple after that. It's a compulsion, I tell you. I should probably get some help. But Lord only knows what else a therapist might find on me.
So, here I am, about to release book Five of my Rancho del Cielo Romance series with Samhain Publishing and I've managed to slip a series into an existing series. Yup, the last book (The Virgin's Revenge) starred a young woman named Amanda Jackman. She has six brothers. SIX. Do you see where this is headed? Yup, right to "Trust In Me", the emotional story of her eldest brother. Do you know where that book will be leading? If my editor has her way, to the next brother down. And if I have mine, it will also lead to his cousin.
Because I'm a masochist. And also possibly because these guys are hot. Like, OMG, hawt.
Hmmm. Maybe there's less wrong with me than I thought.
What about you? Got any compulsions you're not giving up anytime soon? Mad addictions to Skittles? Obsessive love of yarn? What's your crazy? Comment on the post and be entered to win a free ecopy of our choice from my backlist!
Hugs!
Dee

About The Author (Pre-coded):
About the Author: Dee Tenorio is a sick woman. Really sick. She enjoys tormenting herself by writing romantic comedies (preferably with sexy, grumpy heroes and smart-mouthed heroines) and sizzling, steamy romances of various genres spanning dramas with the occasional drop of suspense all the way to erotic romance. But why does that make her sick?
Because she truly seems to enjoy it.
And she has every intention of keeping at it!What my kids don't know is that when it comes to my writing, I'm also a masochist. Yup, I do terrible things to myself. Like what, you ask? Well, here's the thing. I write series.

Review of KNIGHT OF DARKNESS - "You get a fantastic sci-fi romance novel."
As
a voracious reader, it is not often that I come across something that
hasn’t been done, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Ms. Mooney
takes the standard story of love and adventure, and displays it in a new
and wonderful environment. Add a strong heroine (cause hey, who
wouldn’t be screaming?) and a hero you fall in love with for who he
is, not his appearance, disgusting aliens, talking swords, stir, and
voila! You get a fantastic sci-fi romance novel.
This
introduction into the Surge Knights world depicts a race of peoples who
are devoted to protecting other planets from the U’Nar, an evil
(gross) alien race that exist only to destroy. The Surge Knights are
seeded on different planets, undergoing a 100 day metamorphosis to
become full Knights, the hope being that the transformation will be
complete prior to any invasion started. The remarkably naïve race
destroys the invasive force, then return home. Of course, we humans love
to throw a kink in things, point out all sort of inconsistencies, and
have learned lessons from all the horror movies we’ve seen.
Rachel
and Sorrow break all the rules and taboos to find love in one another
arms. You’ll be thrilled reading this book. You’ll also be excited
to know that it Ms. Mooney has several other books available…I’m
looking forward to reading more by this author.
Warning:
there is some graphic violence in this book in relation to the alien
invasion.
