"Enthrill Distribution Announces New EBook Retail System for Brick and Mortar"

It had to happen sooner or later.  "Enthrill Distribution Announces New EBook Retail System for Brick and Mortar"  In short, with the use of a simple placard, people can purchase their ebook, then download their book onto their reading device when they get home.  The "hows" are unclear to me right now, but I can already see a possbile double whammy against e-publishers.  Not only would they have to pay a percentage of each sale to the brick-and-mortar store, but to the distributor (here, Enthrill Distribution) as well.  That's a hefty chunk.  Yet, it gets the ebooks into retail shops (including airports) where they'll be seen by customers who wouldn't ordinarily know they exist otherwise.  (To a lot of people, ebooks = Amazon Kindle.  Period.)
