Children throw jelly beans on the world's biggest scoop of ice cream on July 1, 1999, outside Universal Studios in Universal City, California. The Guiness Book of World Records setting ice cream scoop consisted of 28,000 scoops of strawberry ice cream that weighed 7,800 pounds.
